Scientific Programme, Workshop Schedule, and Projects

In the first week (lecture week) there were two types of instruction units. Lectures provided the background for the understanding of the instruments and the analysis techniques. Applicational issues were addressed during the computer sessions. Various environments such as IDL and Matlab allowed to run programs made available by the lecturers.

The lecture notes, computer assignments, software, and data are still online. To find the scientific programme and workshop schedule with active links and pointers to the files, go here.

Lecturers

In the second week (project week) the workshop participants formed groups and worked on data analysis projects related to the subjects of the workshop. At the end of the workshop the groups presented their results in the form of a scientific proposal. The final presentations can be found here.
